LINDA BAILEY

Linda practices in the areas of insurance coverage and defense litigation, product’s liability, employment discrimination and public entity law. Linda has represented insurance carriers, their insureds as well as self insured corporations and individuals in both the State and Federal Courts and has extensive trial experience as well as experience at the appellate level.

Linda has been licensed to practice law since 1991. She is licensed by the State of New Jersey as well as the State of New York. Linda has been a member of the firm since 1992 when she joined as an associate. She became partner in 1998.

Linda graduated from the University of Delaware in 1984 where she received a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1991.

While attending law school she was a finalist in the Moot Court Competition and represented the school in Chicago at the John Marshal School of Law Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Linda was a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Troast, J.S.C., in Bergen County. Linda is a graduate of the American Inns of Court, Justice Morris Pashman Chapter.

Linda is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute as well as the New Jersey Defense Association. When not working, Linda spends her time with her husband and son who is active in baseball and basketball.
