Joseph P. Kreoll, Esq. primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, construction, employment discrimination, civil rights, professional liability, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. For over thirty years, he has represented numerous individuals and entities, including insurance companies, municipalities, counties, large and small businesses, and individuals. He has litigated and tried cases in State and Federal Courts and has arbitrated and mediated cases in a variety of forums, including FINRA. He has also represented parties on appeals as petitioners and respondents before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court.
Joseph graduated Valparaiso University with honors with a BA in Philosophy and English. He graduated Valparaiso University School of Law in 1989, where he served as articles editor of the Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable William R. Albrecht, J.S.C. in Warren County. Following his clerkship, he has continuously practiced law in New Jersey and New York, and has always dedicated a substantial portion of his practice to civil litigation and appellate practice.
