Thomas joined the firm in 2016 having spent the last 20 years practicing in the area of insurance defense. Prior to entering the filed of insurance defense, Thomas was an Assistant Prosecutor for the County of Hudson and Law Clerk to the Hon. Charles R. DiGisi, PJSC, Presiding Judge (Criminal) in Bergen County.

Thomas’ practice includes the defense of general liability, automobile liability, commercial liability, commercial automobile liability, trucking and intermodal transportation liability and ocean marine matters. Thomas has represented insurance carriers, their insureds, trucking companies, livery companies and logistics companies throughout the State of New Jersey.

Thomas is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association and New Jersey Defense Association.
